This hotel is in a great spot, within walking distance of the epicenter, making it perfect for my business needs and for exploring the city. The rooms were spacious and clean, with modern updates that made for a comfortable stay. The staff provided friendly and attentive service, ensuring that my needs were met. Additionally, the basic amenities were well-maintained and the breakfast provided was delicious.

The breakfast was fresh, with a wide variety of options. The server was friendly. The location was great, with easy parking. The pillows were very soft. VJ at the front desk was welcoming and accommodating during a difficult time.

Nothing to dislike.

I liked the hotel because it was affordable and also very clean. The location was fantastic as it was right in downtown Charlotte. The king room I stayed in had great amenities like climate control, a private safe, and a seating area. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. An added bonus was that every room had high-speed internet access, which I found to be very convenient.

The place was real nice, we loved it. Located in a downtown part of the town.

Our purpose for staying at Courtyard was unfortunately due to the passing of our newborn granddaughter. We were greeted by VJ at the front desk, who sensed our sadness and went out of her way to be accommodating and supportive. The staff was very informative and gave us detailed responses regarding local restaurants and shopping. The breakfast, cooked by a Spanish/Jamaican chef, was delicious and the room service was excellent. The hotel's location was convenient and the decor was comfortable.

I had a great stay at the Courtyard in Charlotte! The value for the money was excellent, with a clean and comfortable room. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Epic center and spectrum center. The staff, especially Hannah, provided exceptional hospitality and made us feel welcomed and well taken care of.

For breakfast delights, it would be nice if there were more variety and options available.

The hotel was conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to access all the activities planned for Christmas. I loved being able to walk to all the restaurants and enjoy a delicious meal without having to worry about transportation. Additionally, the staff was very welcoming and friendly, making me feel at home during my stay.

There were a few negative aspects of my stay. Firstly, the information provided online did not match the actual room.

We had a mishap with our reservation, but the staff, especially Renee and David, went above and beyond to rectify the situation. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The central location of the hotel allowed us to easily explore downtown Charlotte. I highly recommend this hotel.

It was packed with kids the weekend we stayed

we got there and they didn't have our booking thru Booked.net???? I was on hold with Booked.net for 40 mins never did get thru. lucky for us they had rooms available. We booked thru them after checking that you had not billed my account what a mess Booked.net made for us. Our friday evening was spent checking bank accounts and calling our bank to make sure we would not get billed twice. Now I look at my Visa and there are all kinds of charges on it what a mess.

We loved the newly upgraded rooms, and the proximity to restaurants and attractions made our stay enjoyable. The fitness center was undergoing renovations, which will make it even better for future guests. we had a great time at this hotel.

Love the location

Don't like being told that since I didn't book with hotel but internet they didn't have to accept that amount per night, also told me they were charging a $20 fee to the room for incidentals and if not used would refund. Why charge me for something I have not and was not going to use, don't like this

The only negative experience was with other guests. Very loud and banging on doors in the middle of the night.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in downtown Charlotte and was thoroughly impressed. Firstly, the staff were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Secondly, the location was superb, with all the main attractions within walking distance. It made exploring the city a breeze. Lastly, the rooms were well-appointed and had all the basic amenities I needed, including comfortable beds and fresh towels and sheets. Plus, the fact that breakfast was included was a great bonus. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel.

We could hear the people next door through the walls. We had to turn up the fan to get sleep. Need a lamp behind the couch for working.
