great location with incredible staff who truly care for your needs

The queen room was spacious and offered a nice courtyard view, making it comfortable for my family. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining the cleanliness of the room during our stay.

Unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by the serious security issue with the parking garage.

During my recent stay, I loved the convenient downtown location, making it easy to explore nearby restaurants and attractions. The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable atmosphere after a long day. Although I appreciated the rooftop pool, I didn’t get a chance to use it due to the weather.

Curious room layout

During my recent work stay at the Courtyard, I appreciated the seamless check-in process and the convenient attached parking deck. The staff demonstrated exceptional hospitality, especially when they provided assistance with my needs and questions regarding my stay. The room was clean and quiet, which allowed me to focus on my work with minimal distractions.

No negative aspects were encountered during my stay.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. High parking fees were frustrating. Nearby bike rental adds convenience for exploring.

I had access to plenty of activities during my time here. The location allowed us to walk to various places for meals and entertainment which was convenient. We had everything we needed for our short stay.

The room we booked was not accurately represented, making it uncomfortable for my family. Additionally, there were issues with the breakfast included in my rate which caused confusion at the register.

Great spot for families

The staff are very nice and very helpful, especially Quinton King, he was understanding and helped locate my lost item. I also loved the location cause we were right next to the convention center, making our stay super convenient.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but you get what you pay for, right?

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to Bank of America Stadium, where we caught a game. The hotel was perfectly set up for our large family, with plenty of space for the kids to relax after our adventures. We truly enjoyed the central area with lots of dining options.

My kids wished for a more spacious room with better storage for our gear. It felt a bit cramped at times with all our luggage and stuff, which made it challenging for a family stay.

Strongly recommend for a flash stay

Clean room, friendly staff, the outdoor pool area was a great spot to relax and enjoy the warm weather, and the hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the nearby convention center.

Location is perfect for exploring downtown, and the comfortable bed made for a cozy stay. Nearby bars and restaurants are a plus!

The location was fantastic with plenty of attractions nearby, like museums and parks. While I had some issues with the room smelling a bit off and the bathroom needing maintenance, the staff eventually responded to my concerns, which helped ease the frustration. After a long day at a volleyball tournament, the noise cancellation system in the room was a lifesaver, allowing us to rest properly. Overall, it was a decent stay for our needs.
