The well-decorated room had a comfortable double bed. The bathroom was fairly clean. There were a lot of options available, and the food was decent. The excellent location was near downtown events. The fitness center was more updated. Courtyard Charlotte City Center offers the best Charlotte has to offer right now.

Location near to restaurants, panther stadium and hornets arena, and Charlotte, NC. Beautifully decorated room with sofa, comfortable beds and electronic devices, and safe too for guests' safety. Generally the service was friendly.

The queen room with a jacuzzi tub, pull-out sofa, and comfortable beds was ready upon check-in. The location is great and ideal for walking around the Wells Fargo History Museum.

we got there and they didn't have our booking thru Booked.net???? I was on hold with Booked.net for 40 mins never did get thru. lucky for us they had rooms available. We booked thru them after checking that you had not billed my account what a mess Booked.net made for us. Our friday evening was spent checking bank accounts and calling our bank to make sure we would not get billed twice. Now I look at my Visa and there are all kinds of charges on it what a mess.

The room had a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave, fridge, and a clean tub; the location near Epicenter was fantastic.

Love the location

Don't like being told that since I didn't book with hotel but internet they didn't have to accept that amount per night, also told me they were charging a $20 fee to the room for incidentals and if not used would refund. Why charge me for something I have not and was not going to use, don't like this

Conveniently located near the Nascar Hall of Fame, just a short walk away. The airport is only 0.5 miles from here, making it easy to catch your flight. The rooms are beautifully decorated and look brand-new. They come equipped with a comfy sofa bed and a luxurious jacuzzi tub to relax in after a long day of exploring. 🛁

The hotel is in an amazing location, very close to downtown events, which made everything walkable for us. The staff was incredibly nice, accommodating, and responded promptly to requests. We really enjoyed the room with a view.

The only negative experience was with other guests. Very loud and banging on doors in the middle of the night.

The beds in the units were very comfortable. The service was friendly, and the staff were amiable. The central location near restaurants, the Bechtler Museum of Art, airport, and stadiums was truly enjoyable. We had a really nice time exploring the night life in Charlotte.

Everything was good.

We could hear the people next door through the walls. We had to turn up the fan to get sleep. Need a lamp behind the couch for working.

The room was extremely nice and the convenience to the Epicenter was very helpful.

The hotel is in a central location with bistros and a stadium nearby. The staff is accommodating and fabulously friendly to all guests. The room is new-fashioned, well-appointed, and includes a private bathroom with a shower, hairdryers, and bath sheets.

The rooms are nicely decorated and the staff is fabulously helpful. The location is prime, just minutes from Wells Fargo History Museum. I highly recommend this upscale hotel in Charlotte.
